Who is Christen Nutter?

From her time at Wheaton College onward, Christen spent over 15 years in the service industry…in one form or another. Everything from waiting tables to teaching 4th grade in the inner city to working in non-profit and church ministry to speaking at conferences to spending the summer serving in Kolkata, India, Christen has devoted her life to helping, serving, and caring for others in a variety of settings.

During that time, she cultivated a strong business acumen and an affinity for sales and negotiation. In 2018, Christen made the transition to the RE industry. She served as the Assistant Team Leader of Keller Williams Urban Dallas for two years, during which she worked hard to obtain her real estate license, spending entire weekends in class. In her role as ATL, she helped to grow the KW Urban office from 150 to 300 agents resulting in the office receiving the award for highest growth and retention in the region in 2019. She trained, coached, and developed new agents and overhauled the productivity coaching program at KWUD, contributing to the rapid success of a number of highly productive DFW agents.

In 2020, Christen joined forces with Matt Templeton and the Templeton Real Estate Group. The past four years have been full of joy and growth, as Christen has served dozens of clients to help them accomplish their financial goals through real estate.
